Yes we are! All of our equipment is sanitised before it leaves our office, all our staff sanitise their hands before and after handling all equipment. Our staff will arrive wearing face coverings and keep a distance of no less than 2 metres from yourself or your family/friends. If possible our staff will request access to your property via a side or back entrance, they will only enter your property as a last resort.
We would ask that you contact us at the earliest opportunity on 0208 050 6465. We will then be more than happy to move your booking at no extra cost, to a new date post your quarantine period.

Yes, we have folding camping style chairs available to add-on as part of your package.
If the weather is forecast to be bad and you notify us there may be an issue with your booking by 6pm the night before we would be more than happy to move your booking, availability pending to another date at no extra cost.
All the power cables that we use are waterproof. The speakers can be easily waterproofed. We would just need to ensure that the Audio mixer is kept away from the rain.
At the end of the night we ask that you unplug all cables from the Audio mixer and take this inside. If possible take the speakers inside or place them in a waterproof covering. Turn the power off.
In the first instance we ask that you to call our 24 hour support line on 0208 050 6465 if you suffer any technical issues or damage to the equipment. Our Duty Technician will be able to support you and offer guidance on what to do next.
